DW Creation is committed to providing professional and high-quality construction and project management services.
Because our services involve planning, consultation, project management, labour coordination, and professional expertise, refunds are assessed individually based on the circumstances of each project.
1. Consultation Services
Consultation fees may be non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
This includes:
- Site assessments
- Budget planning
- Project reviews
- Design discussions
- Professional recommendations
- Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure project scheduling, planning, and resource allocation.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once project preparation has commenced.
2. Project Cancellations
If a client chooses to cancel a project after acceptance of a proposal or contract, DW Creation may retain payment for:
- Work completed
- Professional services rendered
- Administrative expenses
- Materials ordered
- Contractor commitments already made
Any eligible refund will be calculated after these costs have been deducted.
3. Service Concerns
If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us immediately so we can investigate and work toward a fair resolution.
